Why is this game so slow to load much of the time, and is there a plan to fix it, or do the operators not care.

I don't know what the FCResource is, but when I hit play I get a long wait for next option, if it comes up at all. The game is hanging up, and almost every time I try to play it's sloooooooooooooooooooooooooow !!!!

I've been enjoying this site for a couple months, almost every day. The ads ruin it for me. I'd pay more to eliminate them.
