hold the power and home button at the same time (for awhile) to put it into DFU mode. then try syncing it to your computer. If that fails, then bring it to the apple store. they will remove all the the jailbroken stuff and return it to normal. but then your warrenty will be void.

You can add wheels in your design, but thats as close as your gonna get. You can attach them to goal squares.
