Just a little FYI, for a trebuchet to be a trebuchet, it has to have wheels on the bottom of it. Not powered, they must be blue. It has to roll to get its energy out. All of you guys have missed that point. If you put wheels on it, they have more power!!!

While I thought the wheels would definitely make it look cooler, I wasn't sure it would help with throwing distance. Interestingly, when I locked the wheels so they didn't turn, it actually doesn't throw as far, so it seems that you are correct good sir.
