@chris: thanks.
@ hamybal: Yeah, yeah, coming from one of the best Brown solvers in the FC world...you could probably do it forwards, backwards, THEN forwards again and in. Because you're ****ing hamybal.
I only used the phase chain because phasing had already been used twice (I've stated them over and over again) so I figured three times wouldn't be too annoying. Especially on the single hardest level to beat Longway, glitch or no glitch.

Anyone got any ideas of how we can get this under the second platform and up to the goal?

Lemons is right (Grammar FAIL). I meant that you have the kind of mad brown skills a top-tier brown contraptioneer has. You're (****ing) hamybal, meaning you can do these kinds of things. You made brown longways for all three levels of my competition, despite only one of the winning solutions being a brown longay. You challenge yourself, in ways I cannot do. I'm just saying, some call my contraption ipecac, others call it not-so-ipecac. A newcomer saying it is ipecac makes perfect sense to me. A top-tier player (you) saying it is not-so-ipecac makes perfect sense as well, but it is quite antimotivational. Pretty much it was an angry compliment. You can remove the expletive deletive (censored word) from the sentence and it will make sense: you can do that stuff because you're hamybal.

I just got a crude idea for going clockwise around the left object on Rolling Away:
http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=8538114 yes, yes, laugh all you want but you see what I'm going at right? The spring of the extension bridge will hopefully launch the ball over the obstacle. It doesn't have a lot of power but it does have a TON of leverage, I'm hoping it'll be enough. The ball fell off too quickly... any ideas

edit: I think I'll have to do something else, I completely overestimated the power that the bridge spring would have...
http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=8539043 I wonder if I could somehow give it a TON more power, once again... any ideas?

Add LOTS of weight to the pusher car, that way the spring will be greater. I still think that a better idea would be... um... better.

the bridge isn't very stable at all... if I added more weight it would just collapse, try it :)
Can anyone think of a catapult that reaches VERY far to the side bu still has quite a bit of power, I think that would be useful. I know there are some good, powerful, very complicated catapults that might get the job done, all the instructions for those are from the full version  Could someone show me the most long-reaching catapult there is?

P.S. somehow I think this is going to end up :brown:

Is that a quest I hear?
I shall find a way to make this design work.

now that is the kind of attitude I like to see
I think we'll have to go back to the drawing board though...
What extends really far, is stable, and can probably have a goal piece stacked on it and launched over the left obstacle on rolling away

yes, I've seen that, that but I'm not sure it will reach long enough. It is very nice though, probably one of the best.
Anyway, we should probably try it anyway (do you know how to build those)

Yes. We should probably it  .
The challenge is that, as it always has been, Rolling Away has a puny build area. I'll have to mod ~Jon~'s contraption to have a much, MUCH farther reach. Be glad I have recently mastered all brown techniques.

And yes, I can build three varieties of Xtendapults. The problem is the reach; I've never gone farther than one and a half build areas out; this is going to be TOUGH.
