You moved the first ball, brilliant! I built this identical setup before but I never thought of moving the first ball. It even works much faster than the 6 piece version too. Well done.

I generally try to make my solutions complex just because I like watching them go and having neat frame work.

But I have a made a few that are somewhat complex but under 10 pieces. Here's one for now:

Well thats one of the fastest solutions I've seen. Not many beat the ball to the goal.
