The Only way to achieve a positive score is to earn badges.

Team solves will be accepted and put in a different category than singles.

Points and Extra Credit

The maximum total score you can possibly earn is a 100/100. You can exceed 100 points by earning extra credit. You can earn 2 extra credit points by earning a like badge in all three levels.

For example, if you got a 100/100 but you got a brown and clean badge for all three levels, then your total score is then 106/100.

Extra Credit values

on all 3 levels: 3 points

on all 3 levels: 2 points

on all 3 levels: 2 points

Protip: Just like on a normal test, if you are wise enough, you will know where you can afford to lose points that will be made up by earning the extra credit.

How to score individual assignments

This might be a bit confusing, but hang in there, here is how to score an assignment

- Start out by adding up the negative points for rods and wheels

- Make a note of that total

- Add up the amount of positive points for badge completions

- Add the 2 numbers together (this is your score for the assignment

- A score will look like -12, -5, or +1: These are how many points you add or subtract from your starting total (100)

if you go by their literal definitions, they can't be both at the same time. It either has moving or unpowered wheels or just sticks. Thats it. No combos.

3-2-1 pieces:

If you have a one piece design theres no points or combo that includes the three piece score. If your design is two pieces it scores as a three piece.
