It means I adjust, a term used in chess when you wish to centre a piece on a square to prevent confusion on what square it is on.

Regret to inform you that (surprising as it may seem) your :goalc: keeps moving. It doesn't stay over the GOAL word- it doesn't even stay in the goal.
This tweak keeps it still.
Send in the other 2.
