The 10p is definitely a pilot because it ends up rolling along the unpowered ball, the piece goes on for quite a whil after the arena boundary:

I could add something new... (We don't have a whole lot to do in these levels)

Options:
- Carpenter/Lumberjack (all wood rods)
----- would affect 12 designs
- HandsOff (don't movie the goal piece from the starting position)
----- would be applicable for 9 of the 21 levels
- Badgeless (does not earn any badge)
----- would not be possible for Default, and is already achieved for 3 designs (ones with ) - otherwise would require exactly one for every level
- Pilot (does not touch the ground, applies after it reaches the goal as well)
----- would only be possible for 7 of the 21 levels, but rules could easily be made for most others
- Unattached (ball not connected)
----- would be applicable for 9 of the 21 levels
----- 3 solutions are already unattached (not counting unconnected designs)

(note these figures are not exact, they are just estimates based on 15 minutes of going through the designs)

Hm, I've been trying all sorts of rodless for Ack and Forth, and I found that the goal piece needs to have a decent amount of spin if you're stacking two balls down the bottom right. :o
