What's a tmuse?

it's the art of scanning design id's in order to find a solution you know exists. It's come up recently because lord_hamybal turned in a speed solve remarkably similar to mine, and upon hearing accusations of him "tmusing", I did a little "tmusing" myself and found an fcml exact replica of one of my solves saved under lord_hamybal's username. He still denies he cheated, and we are trying to get past it
