Personal artistic expression.

I believe there's no difference. They should be the same weight and size, and therefore behave identically, but I've never tested it.
I see compscure doing it, not sure about anyone else, & I kinda like it- seeing a pink wheel where a blue one normally would be.

ahh i see
back in the times when i was new to FC i saw a 7pc rodless design for reach up and it had some power'd wheels. i replaced one with an unpower'd one and the design failed. i believed that powered and unpowered wheels were different but now i know it was because of piece placing order
