What he's saying is that it beats SockFolder's in overall pieces, and mine in pieces left in the goal. So, I guess it'd go in-between? (i.e. SockFolder's is 28/0, his is 13/1, and mine is 4/2.)

Except that when it comes to the goal area the border does not count.

It looks to me like the only reason it gets the goal is because it bounces slightly, but when it comes to rest it's out.
