just a PSA for anyone else working on this and finding that it seems if you make any small tweak the whole thing breaks... I've found the magic piece to mess with is the small vertical stick that the ball jumps on just before the brown pult.

Basically, the very end needs to happen with a slower roll. Here's a little slower, but still not quite there

i am going remake 11 - easy version and hard version, not like this will go to waste

I've got it up about 15%. I think it can be coupled with a brown retriever. Some more thinking is then needed for everything else :)

Shaved off pieces on your design, also with getting a bit higher up(although ball falls off)

hmm,,, just took one more piece off the weight, ball stays on top of rod for a few sec, also the whole thing goes faster

it's not AT ALL efficient enough, but the concept might be the way to go.

here's the ball out with 58pc (3 more pc than skips' original, 18 more than the doc's above)

Still... we should be able to shave a ton off of this... I just through it together to see if it would work, and it did.
