It is possible [prototype], but it's hard as hell to pull off, which is why no one's done it yet. The only reason the protype doesn't currently work is because the "basket" is rolling, making the front wheel push the top right wheel off of the basket itself (plus there's powered wheels and wooden rods, but that's not my point). The basket has to be some sort of slingshot for it to work.
