it touches the ground. cant do that before or after it goes through the goal. also cant touch anything else in the environment (balls, bricks, anything other than the construction items)

but it's not a pilot. it touches the ground. cant do that at all, not before or after it goes in the goal, not inside the goal, etc. also can't touch any of the yellow bricks or orange balls either, not that there were any in this level to worry about

can you make it a champion? Champ solutions get precedent on "Smallest number of pieces" win.

However, i think this should get a spot on the ingenious solutions win. I like the way it spazzes its way to the goal, hangs out there for a while, and then commits suicide

it touches. if you can get that cloud bubble out of the way fast enough when the piece enters the goal, you can see it

This one definitely doesnt touch (though it comes really close, but you can see it doesnt)

Mission to mars, wheelless etc champ pilot in 5, completely inspired by everyone else doing it. I think everyone (who submitted small mission to mars solutions) should get credit for this one
