It'd be fairly easy to get away without having a host, too... Set a deadline, when it passes, someone save a design to get the current design id, and everyone post their solves (which must be a lower id than the "deadline" id).

I've thought for a while this would be a good way for a "host" to participate. A sharing process in level-making responsibility takes care of the other issue.

but I'd be more than happy to "host" something like that. that way there'd still the big reveal post with all the designs at one time and the option for a leaderboard.

I don't have as much timing for tweaking beyond shuffles any more (though I sure got sucked in by this one), but I always dig seeing designs develop and seeing different approaches. hosting is fun

I've made two levels that I like, can't decide which one to use for the upcoming Hap Master's.

I like the sound of this. I'll try to put together a level some time today if I have the time. I'll PM my level to jompy when I finish it. Will it be Hap 1.0 or Hap 2.0, because I was wondering if I should include a lightning time?

EDIT: How long do we have left until the deadline? I'm tweaking like crazy but can't get this extra 1 tick in speed for it to work

I've kinda come around to Dr. Phil's opinion on leaderboards. More fun and interesting to not know where you stand and see where people end up w/o clues.

Be curious to see if you guys opt for one in the "masters comp."

Yeah, I had some personal stuff to deal with this morning. I'm here now... Luckily, in fact, because for some reason I remembered setting the deadline as 3pm, not 12pm, so I'm glad I got here in time to compile the results
