I never sleep (well, 10 minutes at a time is not sleeping). If my hacker senses tingle, I will jump down from my bed to my computer three feet away, wake my computer from standby in seconds and get on the forums.

I've got an idea to stop this.

Make it so that people need like 60 posts to be able to post pics. Then any offender would have to be on for at least an hour, but when he starts, he'll get baned nearly instantly.
Even if its a new player wanting to post some random picture about soap, 1 hour for someone who has no need to make 1000 different accounts is quite easy.
