Saving Designs Problem?

I'm having exactly the same problem as the original poster. My saved designs don't show up in the "My Designs" list, and when I post a level my name is left blank. Has anyone figured out what causes this, or how to solve it?

Right click on game window.
Click properties, or options
Find and enable storage on your computer for this game.

May be a fire wall issue too I think I heard

I doubt it is any problem with his software configuration. I think its just one of somebody's screw-ups when they moved the server because it just started happening to people about that time.

I agree with Jon. Given the numerous complaints within the same time frame which suspiciously encompasses a server move, that is the most likely culprit.

Does this game not have Tech Support that reads the forum? I would like to become a paying member, but this is a major obstacle. Having to record every link to a level I have saved is unnecessary and tedious bookkeeping.

Considering myself and others can log into the application, it would seem that perhaps only parts of our records were moved.

The OP is clearly just joking around. It would probably make more sense to post legitimate problems in a new thread. Because honestly, I'm having trouble taking anything seriously in this one.

the more interesting question to me is why none of the people with this complaint are in the database themselves (and why all but one created their acct very recently)

The database seems an unlikely answer. Perhaps we should consider some alternatives............

A moderator changed the original post.

The database was recently "updated," and this would not be the first time a significant change gave arise to subtle issues. I can confirm that there is indeed a real technical problem at hand, but since it's not my job, I don't know the underlying reason.

How can you tell a mod changed it? There's no "edited by" at the bottom of the post...

No, there was nothing wrong with the OP. The mod in question was just being his usual self. :P

It seems (im not totally sure) that this bug affects ALL new accounts since the database move, i just attempted to make 2-3 new accounts and save designs on them. None of the designs appeared in "my designs"

Can one of the higher-ups give us a reply to this?
Will designs/levels/users affected by this bug be able to be restored?

Wierd, I never saw this thread until just now. Won't be able to help with this until Monday morning when I'm back in the office. Sorry I missed the thread this week.

That level's user ID is completely off. It's 4000 higher than the highest user ID (at the moment).
