Bill Nye the Science Guy was a TV show, science for kids basically. He's fun to watch.

Jonathan Coulton is an ipecac man that used the POWERS OF THE INTERNETS to make his music popular. He has dozens of awesome songs and several albums, but I suppose he might be most famous for doing the "Still Alive" song for Valve's Portal.
