Just tweaked his catapult to show how I've been trying to hit it. This is a pretty strong shot (though I'm sure my catapult was stronger ), but it doesn't work at all. If I could just get the bottom of the stick to fall off the left, it seems like I could send a small car with the goal ball underneath it when it falls. But if it's impossible to knock the stick off in that direction, then I guess I'm stumped!

Trouble is, building other cars and pushers under the catapult affects the operation of the throw...

Come on somebody, put us all out of misery and complete this level! With a but if teamwork I'm sure it can be done. If you take my last modification as a starting point, which leaves the big yellow block wedged out of the way and knocks the stick down, you just need to have some kind of assembly underneath to lead it over.

BUT, you can't build anything below that touches the catapult wheels as it launches, or it affects the throw, AND at the moment the way the projectile lands is very awkward, as the red goal ball "tucks under" and starts counter-rotating so it holds up the forward progress. I spent far too long last night trying to tweak a "catcher" that would flip the projectile into a better orientation and guide it onto the stick before it tips towards the goal.... but no luck!

I'm on a different computer now which for some reason doesn't recognise my account is upgraded to pay status, so I can't get into the level for now.

This is about as close as I can get it... if anyone can manage to get the red ball out from underneath the "lander" then we might be in business. This level has taken over my life

OK, it uses a bit of a glitch, but I love the way it clings to the stick!

I can't use the level editor on this PC (Flash issues) so I will let someone else "tweak" the level....

Is it possible to catapult over the yellow box and orange circle? I've always liked catapults, but I fail at making them strong. I get to a point where I add wheels and I LOOSE power. I assume its from redundant beams but I dont know which are best to place to be honest.

I did not expect this level to be quite this annoying when I added in the stick.

That's exactly what I had in mind for a tweak. But I cannot edit the level from this PC, so do you want to be my guest and make the tweak for us to solve? Being able to use that big ball might do it.....

It's amazing how much of a glow of achievement nailing that level has given me. Sad I know....

But I would never have been able to do it without "stealing" the catapult. I am hopeless at building catapults, and I really can't work out how people do it. I can never figure out how they are made because they have so many overlapping rods that the structure is hidden! Any tips for catapults?

I spent way too much time last night trying to figure out how to do it, but gave up at 2am.

I wasn't able to solve the level myself, but at least my catapult helped someone else do it
