RULES:
Each round, I will post ONE level and TWO challenges for that level (the first challenge will always be "complete the level with as few pieces as possible"). You must solve that level twice, (once for each challenge), and submit both designs to me through PM. Your designs will be ranked on the leaderboards according to lowest PIECE COUNT. The tiebreaker will always be lowest # of ticks. There will be two seperate leaderboards for each level, one for the first challenge and one for the second challenge.
Each leaderboard will be scored the same way: Golf Style. Whoever finishes in 1st will recieve 0 points. 2nd recieves 2 points, 3rd recieves 3 points, 4th recieves 4 points, etc... Each player will have both of his scores (one from each leaderboard) added together, to get his total score. At the end of each round, the player with the highest total score will be eliminated, and the next round will begin. YOUR TOTAL SCORE IS CUMULATIVE ACROSS ALL ROUNDS (minus the qualifier). The last man standing will be declared victor of the very first ###ww competition!
Submission Format (PM all submissions to me)
- Code: Select all
Name
Challenge #1, Design URL, number of pieces, number of ticks
Challenge #2, Design URL, number of pieces, number of ticks
Note: You may submit both designs at once, or each design seperately, just be sure to specify which challenge each design is for. If you fail to submit a design for one or both challenges, you will automatically be put in last place on the leaderboard for any challenge that you failed to submit.
To enter the tournament, you must submit one solve for each challenge in the Qualifier (below). I will keep two leaderboards for the Qualifier to give you guys a feel for what the set-up will be like. Also, whoever recieves the least "mock points" in the qualifier will have his total score set to -1 entering the first round, and all other competitors will have their scores set to 0.
If you have any questions or feedback, just tell me and I'll get to them ASAP. Good luck, and have fun!
