login problems

I have problems logging into the game. I have recently reinstalled windows, and when i try to log in on the top of the page (above the flash), i get this message:

That username and password does not exist. Usernames are not case sensitive, but passwords are.

When I try to sign in in the game (flash), i get this message.

Oops, Wrong username or password.

When i tried "forgot your password?", i dont get a mail from fc with my password (or a new one)

I'm having no problems logging into the forum.

Can anyone help me?

The email for the forgot password should be going to your ...@hotmail.com email address. Have you checked the spam folder to see if maybe the email ended up there?

Edit: Please help, I really want to try out FC2! Can the moderators here reset my password manually, and mail it to me?

I'll try resetting your password monday, we weren't able to find anything unusual about your account that would have caused any problems, and so fixing yours is a little bit harder.

I've changed your password and PM'd you the new one.

Keep in mind that if you're trying to access FC-2's fan preview, you must have purchased FC-1. (for others, not for you askil)

I have no tplayed this game for baout a month, went to log in (didnt know I had to, I clicked the remember me box) anyways, and it has been so long since I had to log in, i dont remember my passord, I thought I knew it, but perhaps not. Any help on this? I have payed for the game, been about 2 years.

now the problem is logging into the sparks forum, it will not let me even though I am logged into fc2 and click forum from there. *sigh* wish they would invest time to fixing this instead of adding advertising to the game.
