A Good 'Ol Hawk Comp: Winner!

Hello fellow contraptionists!

It is now time for my promised hap style comp. The thing is for this, you will have to decide what matters most; ticks or badges.

This will be a one round three level competition. It is just like another comp of the like.

Scoring:

JHawk4 Scoring v3.0 (edited for this comp)
Lowest score wins and in the event of a tie, lowest tick count will decide the winner.
-No glitchy solutions allowed.
-To score, add up the penalty points then subtract the bonuses.
-Badges are stacked.

Penalties
-Each piece used: +1
-Every 50 ticks: +1 (Rounded down)

Contraption bonuses
Green: -2
Brown: -2
Water: -3
Unconnected: -4

Achievement bonuses
Boomerang: -6
Champion: -4
Clean: -3
Sweep: -3

Champion notes: There does not need to be a sliver of light pink, same for boomerang.

My solves are awful: slow with lots of pieces, but if I'm able to log on later I will submit them and boost everyone up a spot. (I'm getting awful tired of that Sony ad though.)
