New Challenge: The ultimate perfection

Hello,
I propose a new challenge: "The ultimate perfection".
For this, two contraints:
1. the solution shall use the fewest number of pieces,
2. the victory piece shall stay (eternally) in the goal area but not on borders.

Some solutions of the 'Simplest Solutions' challenge challenge are suited to this challenge.
