I did not pay for access to this site, to be hit by commercial ads. ill happly have my account deleted if they want to refund my money. this is garbage.

One thing I always follow- no matter how legit an ad looks, NEVER CLICK ON IT! I always buy things because a)a friend told me it was cool or b)Its from a sorce I know is legit. And I dont know, weasel- I always see those YOU ARE THE 999,999,999th VISITOR - CLICK HERE!! ads. Those things will download all sorts of things onto your computer. Also, if you use IE, disable ActiveX -- youl probably never use it, and hackers can acces your computer if you click on things with it enabled.

I clicked an ad and an airplane crashed into my house!!! It's all FC's fault! Another ad I clicked made a war start in the Middle East! Every time I click an ad, a bee hive disappears! Something bad happened after I did something, and therefore whatever I did caused the bad thing! I have no command of logical thought!!! And it's all because of the ads!!!!

By the way, there's no such thing as a computer problem that costs £1239.67 to fix. It might cost that much to replace your computer, but that just means you didn't try hard enough to fix it. Backup software=Good. If you were doing nightly backups like a good netizen, Weasal et al wouldn't have to listen to you whine. Besides, it was almost certainly not caused by an ad here. Even if it was, it's still your responsibility to keep your antivirus and antispy software up to date. Even if there were no ads here, you would have eventually gotten nailed by one elsewhere and then some other site would have to put up with your mindless complaints.

Etch this into your brain permanently: There are bad things on the internet and only you can prevent forest fires.
